The Stanbic Bank Ghana has donated ¢20 million or GH¢2000 to the SOS Tema Village during their end of year at the Tema Village.

Stanbic Bank Ghana joined the Tema SOS children, Mothers and staff of the Tema Village for their colorful end of year party as a way of showing the children their passion.

The Managing Director of the Bank, Mr. Alhassan Andani, said that the special Christmas party for the kids, which also doubled as Stanbic Bank’s Staff End of Year Party was the banks own way of letting the children at the village and other less fortunate ones know that the bank cared about them.

The day was colored with joy as the children entertained the banks officials with Christmas carols and also performed the festival of Nine Lessons and Carols.

On behalf of the Management and Staff of the Bank, the head of the Management and Staff of the Bank, the head of the Marketing and Public Affairs, Mr. Mawuko Afadzinu, and the Head of Fianace, Mr. Victor Yeboah Manu, they also presented assorted gifts including soft drinks, biscuits and clothing to the children and the mothers at the village.

Mr. Kojo Mattah, The National Director of the SOS Children’s Village, Ghana, Mr. Michael Tsagli, and the Tema Village Director together with other officials in the Tema Village expressed their appreciation to the Bank’s thoughts of dinning with the SOS children at their end of year party.

They also addressed to the Bank’s officials that one of the houses in the Tema Village would be named after Stanbic Bank Ghana.
